Vidas y Confesiones

In 2004, I resigned from the position of news director of the leading television station with the largest TV news team in Nicaragua, to create my own production company and launch a new project of documentaries and in-depth interviews called "Vidas y Confesiones" (Lives and Confessions).

“Vidas y Confesiones” documented personalities and communities whose lives and experiences were relevant, extraordinary, controversial, or simply different.

Here are highlights of some of the personalities who were interviewed in the Lives and Confessions shows during the years from 2004 to 2008.

A documentary on the cosmovision of an indigenous Mayagna community was awarded by the United Nations in Nicaragua and the Chamorro Foundation with the Pedro Joaquin Chamorro Prize for Journalistic Excellence.
